CEPD accepts merchandise returns subject to the terms below and will replace the product, refund your money or (credit your credit card) at our option.

• All returns must be made within 30 days of date of purchase and be accompanied by the original invoice/packing slip and a brief explanation for the return.


• Return freight charge must be prepaid. Sorry, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.


• Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in the same condition it was shipped to you. You may wish to insure the shipment. CEPD is not responsible for shipping damage due to improper packaging.


• Parts returned due to customer error are subject to a 10% restocking charge.


• We are not responsible for any returns sent to us without prior authorization.
